PETER HOPKINS’ paintings use unconventional materials to create vibrant, seductive works.  His surfaces incorporate sheer fabrics, holographic foils, as well as household, industrial, medical supplies, and products from contemporary life. There is a celebration of vulnerability which appears to be central focus in his work.  He operates in between production and destruction.
